AXIOME TRADE – PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the Axiome Trade web application at https://app.axiometrade.pro (the “Interface”).

  2. KEY POINTS

    • We do not require KYC (we do not request passports/IDs) to use the Interface.

    • We process technical data (such as IP address, device data, and session data) for security and operation.

    • We use Google Analytics to understand usage and improve the Interface.

    • Blockchain data (wallet addresses and transactions) is public by nature; we may process and display it to provide the Interface.

  3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    3.1 Wallet and blockchain data (public / on-chain)

    When you connect a wallet or interact with the Interface, we may collect or process:

    • public wallet address(es);

    • transaction hashes and related on-chain details;

    • token balances and contract interactions visible on-chain.

      Note: blockchain networks are public and your on-chain activity may be visible to others. We cannot delete on-chain records.

    3.2 Technical, log, and device data

    We collect log data such as:

    • IP address;
    • device information (browser type, operating system, device characteristics);
    • session data and security data (timestamps, pages or actions, error logs, diagnostics).

    3.3 Analytics data (Google Analytics)

    We use Google Analytics, which may collect:

    • usage information and events about your interaction with the Interface;
    • device/browser information;
    • approximate location inferred from IP address;
    • cookies or similar technologies to recognize your browser/session.

    3.4 Communications

    If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (such as your email address, message content, and any attachments).

  4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

    We use information to:

    (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Interface (including displaying relevant on- chain data);

    (b) secure the Interface, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce restrictions (including restricted jurisdictions and sanctions compliance);

    (c) debug, monitor performance, and fix issues;

    (d) analyze usage and improve the Interface (analytics);

    (e) respond to inquiries and provide support;

    (f) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

  5. LEGAL BASES (EEA/UK USERS)

    Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include:

    • performance of a contract (to provide the features you request);
    • legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service improvement);
    • consent (for non-essential cookies/analytics where required);
    • legal obligation (compliance with applicable laws).
  6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

    We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics cookies, to operate and analyze the Interface. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and through available Google opt-out tools.

  7. SHARING OF INFORMATION

    We may share information with:

    (a) service providers (processors) that support hosting, security, analytics, and operations;

    (b) Google (as an analytics provider) in connection with Google Analytics;

    (c) authorities or professional advisors if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

    We do not sell personal information.

  8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

    We are based in Costa Rica. Our service providers may process data in other countries (including the United States). Where required (e.g., under GDPR), we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

  9. DATA RETENTION

    We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

    • Security/log data: typically up to 12 months, unless longer retention is needed for investigations or legal compliance.
    • Analytics data: according to the Google Analytics configuration (commonly 2–14 months depending on settings).
    • Support communications: typically up to 24 months, unless longer retention is needed to resolve issues or comply with law.

      Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by us because it is stored on-chain.

  10. SECURITY

    We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  11. YOUR RIGHTS

  12. CHILDREN

    The Interface is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

    We may update this Policy by posting a new version and updating the “Last updated” date.
